We are having Cisco CUCM ,Its was having 3 SX20 devices registered in the CUCM.
Now one of SX20 Device Showing Not registered..
How Can I Troubleshoot the SX20 registration..
How Can i check in SX20 and CUCM..
Any Document For Troubleshooting...

HI,
There could be several reason why a device is not registering to CUCM.
From Endpoint perspective, you can compare the configuration settings of this SX20 with the other two SX20s, which are registered well.
Check the 'Registration Status' in CUCM for this device, is it : None, Unknown, Unregistered etc..
Further, you can collect the logs and traces from Endpoint , CUCM to check further.
I would recommend you to open a TAC case to take care of this issue quickly.

Hii,
I checked the sx20 settings..
Error showing was DNS LOOKUP FAILED..
Sx20 registering the CUCM via Expressway ...
Sx20 has given a public ip address..

HI,
So it is registering through Mobile and Remote Access (MRA).
As the error is "DNS Lookup Failed", make sure you have proper DNS configuration on this SX20 like the other two working ones.
