Cisco SX80 Steady Red Light Alarm

Hello, 

I have a Cisco SX80 installed in our conference room. We had a rolling power test over the weeked. So, we have power down everything and unplugged our VTC Rack. Upon powering the VTC Rack the SX80 is giving a Flashing "Power" light and a Steady Red Light on the "IR" and "Alarm".

Looks like it's not booting. I could not Fatory reset it, could not Web Interface with it. It looks like it's stuck trying to boot up. 

Has anyone had this issue before, if so what steps should I take next?

Plug in to the serial port of the device and monitor on-screen what it is doing in the boot process.   You should be able to see where it is up to when it fails, and possibly an error message.   You may then be able to do a factory reset, or reload the software, or whatever other action is necessary depending on what you find.
