Cisco VCS-Expressway Dual Network interface option key required

Dear Experts;

I am new to Cisco tele Presence.

We have the below BOM ordered by the customer and the existing VCS-Express is appliance with No dual network Interface Option Key.

Now they have made the redundant system with VCS-Expressway in VM and want to  use Nating for which we need dual Network Interface License option Key.

How can we get this.

The dual network option key is included with virtual VCS, however, it's a separate item for the hardware VCS, to enable the dual network features on your existing hardware VCS, you'll need to order LIC-VCS-DI.

I have vmware version of VCS but I don't see the dual interface under the Systrem > Network interfaces > IP

where do I find the other interface.

VCS Expressway version x8.10.4
