CMS 2.3 Recording Labels MP4 File

I have 2 Cisco Meeting Server 2.3 

1 is for Callbridge, webbridge

1 is for recording and streaming.

  I enabled on CallBridge Server

  Configuration -> Call Settings -> SIP call participant labels - Enabled.

  Labels are ok on the Videoconference call, but when I'm opening MP4 File is not appearing Labels, there is no label on MP4 File recorded. 

   Do you know something to configure to MP4 File has the labels activated?

If I'm understanding you correct, you're saying the name labels that appear on SIP endpoints do not appear in the recording of the conference?

Name labels only appear for SIP endpoints, and the recorder behaves as an XMPP client, so the recorder simply doesn't support recording the name labels.  You should contact your Cisco Account Team and submit a feature request if this is something you wish to be included in CMS.

Yeah, my question is about why recording file is not appearing labels on mp4 file that I was seing on the videoconference.

but i think you are right, because as the recorder is a CMA Aplication, there is no labels on MP4 file, this is too bad for the customer.
