Does anyone know why this blank Webex window would stay persistently on the display when presenting out-of-call/out-of-meeting (see attached)? It remains after a reboot. The only workaround has been to start a meeting and exit, then it goes away for a while... I appreciate any insight!

Go into the codec settings, video inputs, and look at the PresentationSelection setting for the input you are using. Generally that's set to manual, but my guessing is yours isn't, it's probably set to autoshare or onconnect

Thank you so much for the response!! I appreciate it! My question is regarding the little Webex window above the presentation, though. The actual presentation functionality is working great, we just don't want the little blank box that is pictured above the presentation in the photo. Any ideas around that?

Go to the layout on the touch panel - change it to focus, then it should not split the screen
