connect sx20 with polycom endpoint

Hi guys

I would like to know if there is special requirements to connect quick set sx20 Cisco with other brands telepresence for instance Polycom, Lifesize, Sony.... Customer has 3 sites and now want to replace one with sx20

I'm not good at technical issues

you may need the Multisite license for conferencing  , you may also need a Public Static IP depends on who will make the call.

other than that just configure the H323 section in the configuration tap and you are set to go.
