connection to webbridge 3 failed

I have cms 3.2 installed

I have successfully installed the certificate chain which has client and server authentication.The webbridge3 url is not displaying any web page.

error: c2w://cms.domain.com:9999 connection failed ..

i have not been able to see where to enter guest url in cms 3.2. can you help?

Hello,

I reset cms and did a fresh configuration.I followed Meddane's articl, here https://ipdemystify.com/2020/10/31/cisco-meeting-server-certificate-requirement-demystified/ to generate new  certificate chain.After adding the guest url in the Api, the webbridge page : https://join.domain.com displayed unlike before.

I appreciate everyone's contribution to this thread.

Regarding @Meddane's post: You are right, you don't need to add the guest url via API.

Basically, if you don't work with email invitation templates, the only place, you have to add the guest URL is in the certificate, which you add via the command: webbridge3 https certs ...

But I'm glad it's working now

Hi, Assuming you are making use of internal CA. Get the webbridge.cer certificate from the private CA. Download the root certificate. Open a blank  notepad. Paste the contents of webbridge.cer in the blank notepad. Paste the contents of the root certificate below the end of the line. press enter to leave a space . save the notepad as webbridge_chain.cer. that is it. However, if you are  making use of  a Public CA, extract the contents of the intermediate certificate. open a blank notepad. Paste the contents of the webbridge.cer, intermediate certificate(below the end of the certificate....) and root certificate (below the end of the certificate)Press enter and give a blank space.

Hello, i am having a challenge with the email template set up. I am using server end but whenever i click on email icon,it loads the defualt template.i added the server url in the cms api under callbranding.has anyone got this working?
