Differences between TC7.3.8 Software and CE8.3.1

Is there any documentation explaining the differences between upgrading our Telepresence Software from TC7.3.8 to CE8.3.1? I'm currently aware of the changes with the Remote Controls and the Touch Pads but I'm trying to find more information regarding the software.
