Does TC7.3.3 Encrypt PC Source 3 on the C Series codec?

Hi All

I have a client who just upgraded their C40 from 7.1.1 to 7.3.3 and now he cannot share PC which is connected to DVI Source 3.

Does TC7.3.3 do anything to the input?

All of my C40s are running TC7.3.3 and all of them can present and share content through the DVI input.  What does the codec say when you try to present something?  Does anything show up in the logs?

Thank you for your reply

I have since discovered that the client was using a splitter to send the PC signal to a monitor for local presentations and also to the codec for VC presentations.

Removing that fixed the problem!
