Greetings everyone, we just switched from registering our codecs from VCS to CUCM, ever since the change, we've noticed that duo video is not working as it should. We should see video on one screen and presentation on the other, however, all we get is video and presentation on both screens. No configuration changes were made to the codecs when we went to CUCM, is there a setting on CUCM that we missed? The codecs in question are SX80 and Codec Pro. Thank you.

The SIP Profile assigned to both endpoints needs to allow BFCP.

As @Jonathan Schulenberg says you need to check the SIP Profile config
