DX 80 - dial PSTN call not working

we have setup in video infra. But in SX80 registered in CUCM 10.5x. trying to call PSTN numbers, not working.

Hitting the voice gateways with error, Resource unavailable error . But other devices are working fine with same number range. Please help

Hi,

Can you put the codec g729r8 on your existing voice class codec and assign to your voip dial-peer pointing to your CUCM (not just G711ulaw).

Also configure the transcoding resources on router and register with CUCM.

I feel it is somewhat related to DSP.

Glad to hear its working.

could you share the output  for the command "show voice call status" from the gateway when the call is active from DX80

Also did you configure the transcoder or just modifying the voice class codec.

Hello,

You need to add the command under the voice-port 

bearer-cap speech or 3100 

Can you also share the debug isdn q931 output for failed call.

the device is CTS-SX-80 not for DX 80. sorry for the wrong information provided.

You are trying to call the PSTN number via the PRI from SX80 right ?

Please confirm if you added the bearer-cap speech or 3100 under voice-port.

Can you confirm you not facing the same issue when normal IP phone calls out.

Please share the log for the same as well.

Could you share the sh run for the voice router.

Also can you confirm that video device is in same device pool as your normal IP phones ?

It could be codec mismatch issue.

and also attached the show run for the voice gateway.

Please note i have tried with same device pool and Location like working phones. still same result. i can see while dialing the number its taking with number@domain.
