DX80 video call over ISDNGW not sending DTMF

Hello,

I will like to check with you if anyone faced similar issue.  Our customer have 2 isdngws and also have MX300, SX80 and DX80.

If we want to reach a VMR/CMR via ISDN, we dial the ISDNGW main number then we need to enter the VMR/CMR number followed by the # key.  For the MX300 and SX80 it work fine.  But for the DX80 it seems that the ISDNGW is not getting the VMR/CMR number and keep asking for the VMR/CMR number.   So  I am suspecting a problem with the  DX80 is not sending DTMF when call is over ISDN!!!

Any one having a DX80 Can make this test and let me know ? 

Our DX80 is sw 10-2-2-23

What is the model of the ISDN GW? Firmware version?

CUCM version?

Sounds like a MTP (Media Termination Point) is needed for your CUCM for some endpoints to be able to use DTMF in your case.
