End User Reports

                   I know the User CDR does reporting but that is not currently working for me. I see there is a bug BugID: CSCub58677. So I will be upgrading our VCS to X7.2 to see if that fixes the issue.

Our current setup

TMS 14.2

VCS X7.1

I am looking specifically for our Movi account usages per user. The User CDR only shows minutes is that all it shows?

You can only choose between duration and number of occurences as far as the charts go.

Both is shown under the "data" tab. That's all there is.

Upgrading to x7.2 will make cdr's from the vcs stop working because of a bug. X7.2.1 is better. But as jens is indicating if you see something in the user cdr report then it is working, and an upgrade wont make any difference, but what you are looking for might not be implemented. A feature request through your cisco account manager might be the best way to go.

Great to know. Then the issue is the User CDR is not reporting correctly. I olny have 10 users listed i know there are more. I use it all the time and im not listed.
