The EX60 have a DVI-I input, to use the eqpt as a PC screen/monitor. It don´t have an available video output connector.

The EX90 have a HDMI output.

Elter- Does the EX60 have the ability to send desktop images from a PC or Laptop?

From your past answer I say " no" , but my manager says " yes".  We do not have a C60 to test.

I think the Cisco Datasheet explains it quite well:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/ps7060/ps11303/ps11308/ps11327/data_sheet_c78-627494.html

You can use both as a computer monitor and both can share this information via a video call.

The EX90 has an additional output to connect an external screen to it, as well as an additional hdmi input

to connect an additional external video source.

You might have seen the NPP option on other endpoint which was needed to use share the pc screen. Thats included,

but you still have the premium resolution option and on the EX90 as well multisite.

If you need more info take a look at the documentation of both systems:

http://www.tandberg.com/support/video-conferencing-documentation.jsp

or talk to your Cisco partner

All,

Just for clarification, the EX60 does not have any video outputs.  There is only one video input, which is the DVI port.

Thanks,

Justin

Forgive me , I am an old woman with a voice not data background.

Please tell me in layman's terms with a yes or no. Does that mean that The end user can or cannot connect his/her

laptop to the EX60 and share a presentation with the far end?

He repied to the initial post which asked to connect a display device to an output port, which die EX60 lacks,

it only has its build in screen. So NO, you can not connect an external screen, projector, ... to the EX60

What you want to have is a input port to get the pc picture into the EX60 and present this to a remote site,

and YES this can be done via the DVI-I port, using the correct cable you could use most VGA/DVI/HDMI sources to get

the video picture into the EX60, show it there or share it with the remote site.

I believe your answer is yes.

According to the Quick Reference Guide (http://www.tandberg.com/collateral/documentation/User_Manuals/Cisco%20TelePresence%20System%20EX60%20Quick%20Reference%20Guide%20(TC4.0).pdf), it specifically refers to sharing PC/laptop content on p.2
