Hi Experts,
We have a new EX90 Deployed for a user. EX90 is registered to UCM 8.6 running TC 5.1.6.
UCM is also tied up with CTMS and CTS- Manager.
Issue :-
When any multipoint meeting is scheduled through Outlook using CTS-Manager involving 3 participants. The OBTP comes up on all 3 participants including EX90. The other two are able to join the call. However , the moment EX90 user taps on Join meeting OBTP on touch panel, the call rings to the meeting and it gets drops.
What Could be the problem? Any Ideas?
Thanks,
Saurabh

Hi Saurabh,
There is a known bug for this issue :
Bug ID: CSCtx17339
Using Touch UI, joining One Button To Push (OBTP) meeting with illegally high call rate fails.
The bug seems to be fix in TC5.0.1.
The condition for this bug is when we setup a OBTP meeting with a call rate higher than 6000 kbps.
The workaround is to decrease the call rate to 6000 kbps or lower.
There is another bug CSCtt25399 for the same issue.
When static IP is selected, the NTP server needs to be set explicit as well. OBTP (One Button To Push) will not work.
The workaround is to use manual NTP.
This bug is fixed in TC6.0.0.
Please check whether this resolves the issue or not.
Thanks,
Prashant Rawat

Hi saurabh,
if EX90 is using software version lower than TC6 , make sure it is not a encrypted call.
try to disable encrytion on both ends and check.
