My customer has this VC control on x4.3 and their VCS on x4.3 sw level.
The VC Control is getting this warning in Red above. Can anyone help on this or suggest anything ?
This is the Transversal server Zone between the VC Control and the VCS Expressway
This below is a screenshot of the Expressway.

Authentication is turned off.

Hi Rob,
my first thought would be to check that both VCS's involved have a working NTP server (Preferably the same, public NTP) so that their time is synchronized.

HI,
I have a VS expressway that is getting a failed error when inputing a public or private NTP server. I can access both NTP servers from the control.
The customer says traffic is allowed from the DMZ to Internet.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Randall

So you can access the same ntp server from both control and expressway

You should be able to access the ntp server. Is it a public ntp
