T6000 with Leased E1

Hi all,

i've configure tandberg 6000 to use leased line E1 (not PRI), i have followed the setting in user manual, but i still can't make a call either video nor audio

using auto or isdn, the leased E1 setting in T6000 is auto. link status is connected. please help

Try to change the CRC and Line Coding parameters.

Note that available G703 LineCoding are for North America only (B8ZS).

Are you using a CSU? Has the provider properly provisioned the E1 for/per Tandbergs requirements? How about your welcome screen do you see your number? I have four of these units (MXP's) running and if I had a bit more info, I could probably help you. Poke around in your setup check with the provider and see if you have the proper configuration on the telco end. Post back and we'll see where it goes.
