Hi,

I have registered telepresence EX90 and C20 with CUCM 8.6 over SIP protocol and I can make video call to each other successfully.

The issue is all calls are automatically connected on 384 kbps 640 resolution even after selecting call rate 6MB.

Kindly asked to check :

On EX 90  / C20

1. default call rate

2. max incoming bandwidth

3. max outgoing bandwidth

Do you have on CUCM any bandwidth limitation set ?

Can you take a log from the C20 / Ex 60 while reproducing the issue ?

In order to take the logs :

IP issue (SIP)

Commands in bold

Open the console/telnet/ssh session with codec

Reboot codec by

xCommand boot

Reopen the console/telnet/ssh session with codec

xstatus

xconfig

log ctx SipPacket debug 9

Make a call and keep running until you have recreated the problem

Hang up call

log ctx SipPacket debug off

Once recreated the problem and captured the log, reboot codec by

xCommand boot

Access to codec WebGUI for download log file, http://

Download the latest file “log.tar.gz”

Hi Amrish,

on CUCM: check Regions

on VCS: check Default call bandwidth (VCS configuration -> Bandwidth -> Configuration)

Tino

Thanks for reply,  I am not using VCS, endpoints are directly registered with CUCM.

Amrish

Hi Amrish,

May be in these case you need to check CUCM configuration, whether there is any bandwidth limitation.

I think if we can check SIP log, may be we can narrow down issue, could you please follow steps provided in first respond.

Regards,

Vivek

Dear all,

Thank you for your help, the issue has been resolved after changing the CUCM region config.
