i have a problem in my voip to pstn calls
it sounds like a hiccup in voice
by searching in cisco forums, it seems to be a choppy voice problem, but none of sulotions was successful
i have tried vad, palyout mechanism, and some other sulotions
can anyone help me please?

You can configure a triggered PCM capture as explained in the following link to identify where the voice quality issue is originating from

You can decode the output on http://pcet.cisco.com/ as explained in the following video

You can open a TAC case with the above output and the information already collected by you to get a speedy resolution.
