IM and presence NTP issue

Hi Team,

Need help on the IM and Presence server NTP server issue.

I able to ping from CUCM OS Administaration and accessible but dont no the IM and Presence is not taking NTP.

Continously getting the error tried with changing of gateway also still the same issue.

Kindly find the attached Sanpshot for the Images capture from CLI interface of IM and Presence.

Hi,

the screen shot of CUCM11.5 shows NTP[10.1.1.3]  is unsynchronised.

Once that is fine, IMP First Node installation would proceed.
