Integration Documents

Hi All,

I am not very familiar with Cisco VCS and TMS solutions. Are there any good documents which i can refer to understand architecture/functioning of these solutions?

Also, I need to integrate few SX20 with VCS and TMS. I am unable to find integration documentations. If anyone can share, that would be of great help.

i think only quickset is available. i was able to get them registered.
