IP Phone 7937 - ethernet disconnected

'Ethernet disconnected' message is displayed on my IP Phone CP-7937G. how to connect it?

In my experience, 80% of the time this is faulty network cabling. The other 20% it's a faulty device (i.e. a broken 7937)
