ISDN Gateway 8321 - VCS

Hello,

I have a customer who has installed the ISDN GW 8321. They are attempting to register to their VCS Control via H.323. It will not register. When they review the VCS logs, they can see the ISDN GW has attempted to register, but it reports that the registration is expired. Other blades and endpoints register successfully. I've reviewed the admin guide for the VCS and can't find reference to this state and how to correct. Any advice appreciated.

What does the H323 Log say from the ISDN GW? Can you run both at the same time and compare?

In the end packet trace may be required from both ends to see whats up.

Might be a silly question - but is the time set correctly on the devices?  Are they both set to the same ntp server, and able to get the correct time from this server?  If the time stamps on the two devices are significantly different you can get some wierd behaviour.
