IX5000/IX5200 Shark Teeth (Jagged Black) on Bottom of All Screens

We are seeing this on all calls for one IX5000 unit recently.  It was just upgraded to firmware IX8.2.0(28).  It happened both on a point to point IX5000 to IX5000 call and also on a multipoint call via TP Server.

Any ideas or experience out there?

Does this stay after a reboot as well, please check the following bug

We've investigated that bug.  It does not seem to be related to screen sharing, nor is it isolated to just the right screen.  In our case, all the screens are messed up.  It happened simply upon pressing the join button for a multipoint call.  We cannot reproduce at will.  Curious if anyone else has seen this behavior and any learning as a result.
