I found IX5000 unregistered today and I do not know why, on the tablet I had this error "connecion to telepresence system is lost), I can not accredit either via SSH or WEB.How can I get it back, and check from where come this problem please? someone has an idea

Hello Siwar,

Please remove the touch 10 and connect your laptop with the same and enable DHCP on your laptop.

You will see a IP assigned by Host CPU in range of 169.254.x.x.

Please try to access through gateway IP and collect the logs first from IX.

Then you can power reset the complete unit and see if it comes back normally.

You can open a TAC case with the logs for a RCA.

Hello,

Once you get that IP along with that you will get a gateway address as well.

So you need to browse the gateway IP address and it will open the IX5000 webGUI and from there you can click on logs then generate logs. 

Once the logs are generated, click the download logs and it will download a tar.gz file.
