Hello everyone
I have CSF devices and a sx10 registered to the CUCM. Can I make a video Call from Jabber to sx10? AS far as I tried I cn make Audio Calls but not Video as video is not displayed.
What do I need in order to make video calls?

Hi Juljan,
yes, you can make a video call between them, a few things to check:
Media Termination Point Required box should be unchecked on SX10 config page
Check that sufficient bandwidth is allocated between these two devices
Also, make a test between two Jabber devices and two SX10's separately if possible , it will help to determine if the device level settings for video are enabled correctly
