Missing meeting list button on the touchscreen (sx20)

Dear all,

i have a problem with a touchscreen that is paired with a sx20.

The meeting list button is not displayed on the touchscreen and i didn't find a solution for that problem.

On a second touchscreen that is paired with a second sx20 the button is shown under the same TMS.

TMS 13.1.2

TC 5.1.6

I found a posting that an enforce managment settings on the TMS would help, but it there wasn't any change on the touchscreen.

Hi Rainer ,

1. factory reset to codec .

2. Purge and add system again .

3. Once it is done schedule meeting .

4. If butoon is not displayed then restart codec .

First try step 2 to 4 , if it not work then try 1 to 4.

Hi,

Please make sure that the TMS IP address is added in External Manager field on the interface of the Codec.

If it is done, then please try the steps as suggested by Dharmesh above.
