Hello,
On a MX300 G2 if we connect a second display, getting the content sharing on it is working fine.
But what about if we want to have the same output on both the MX300 G2 monitor and the second monitor. Are we supposed to have the same output on both monitors during a video call? Or this 2nd display will be reserved for sharing only during video call?
Video configuration: Video Monitors: Auto
Thanks in advance,
Ahmed

From the MX300 G2 Admin Guide, pg 109:
Auto: If a second monitor is connected, the layout is distributed on two monitors. Otherwise, everything is displayed on the main monitor. DualPresentationOnly: All participants in the call are shown on the main monitor. If a presentation is part of the layout, the presentation is shown on the second monitor.
It might be the HDMI output doesn't support mirroring of the main screen, whenever you have an external monitor connected it might only be meant to expand the system so you can have dual screens where the far-end is on the MX screen and the presentation is on the second.
