Is the call even leaving the CUCM?  You/someone could do a Dialed Number Analyzer in the CUCM to see how it would be handled.  It could be there is no dialing pattern that matches what is being dialed.

Also, are you sure the far end Call Manager is accepting calls to its IP address?  You may need to be dialing at a Domain instead of IP address.

Hi Joe;

I attached the screen shot about Dialed Number Analyzer

Well, the Dialed Digits are BLANK and Match Result is BLOCK THIS PATTERN.  It appears processing/handling of the dialed string isn't correct.  There probably should be a transformation converting the number@address to number and sending it to a route pointing to your Cube.

Hi Ozden,

Do you have a Calling Search Space configured on the MX300? and if yes, can that CSS call the PSTN via CUBE?

Hi is it possible to run a debug on the CUBE router?

Can you paste debug voip ccapi inout here so we can check if CUCM is sending the call to the CUBE and if CUBE if sending the call to PSTN. Thanks
