Apologies for this, I've read around the internet and looked at various sites - i just wanted to run somthing past you peeps just to confirm what I'm thinking - its with regard Video - i just want to make sure i understand what these devices do in a very basic way:
VCS expressway - act's as a gateway allowing connections to come in from the outside world to your network, from a variety of differant sources (internet ovbiously being the main one)
VCS Control - your central management suite shall we say where you can manage and monitor calls, and setup users etc..
Is the Telepresance management quite a more GUI friendly version of the VCS control ? I'm a bit unsure how that fits in,
Again apoliges on the nature of the question - just trying to get things a bit clearer in my head! Any help much appreciated!
