NO NETWORK CONNECTION

Have MXP's running with F8.2 and F9.3.3 on them ...

They register to the gatekeeper.

When dialing out their is a ring and then it drops with error "NO CONNECTION NEEDED" ...

Any Ideas.

I put them in the direct mode and get error code 41 when trying to connect. 

I can ping them but for some reason call setup doesn't seem to finish ..

Yes there is a firewall ...

Also when the system is getting No connection needed when it's registered

When not registered the error is New connection needed ... Error code 41

Systems can call between each other layer three with no issue.

Are you using a Cisco VCS as your H323 Gatekeeper?

Verify on your firewall if these ports are open:
