Hi,

we have got a Cisco Sx80 along with  MCU  5320 at Central Site with Cisco SX20 at remote sites.

We are able to share Presentation along with Video output of Camera connected to SX80 to remote sites in way that either presentation or video output of central site where SX80 is placed  appears at a time  to remote endpoint LED screen.

We want to have Presentation and View of Central Site at same time . IS it possible?

regds,

aman

Can you tell us more about your deployment and how the calls are being made, as well as the configuration of the MCU, we can't help without knowing more information.

What are you using for call control, CUCM or VCS, and how are the calls being made, H323 or SIP?

Do you have content enabled on the MCU and the conference, if so, how is t configured?

thanks for reply.

we are using H.323 for making calls .The endpoints have been configured in MCU using H.323.we have got SX80 at central site with MCU 5320 . We are dialing to remote endpoints say 10-12 .

we are creating a conference in MCU then, Adding participants for dialing [by selecting the created endpoints].

The calls gets connected and remote participants are able to see either presentation or Central View at a time.

We had a query that remote site wants to see both i.e.presentation and central site view at same time.

Hi Aman,

During the active conference on the MCU, check the status of the conference if the content is being received by the MCU as content channel and the SX80 camera view as video source and it should be on the list of participants list in the conference. This is one way to check if H.239/DuoVideo is handled by MCU. Otherwise, you need to check the content configuration of the MCU.

Then, you would need to manage and customize the layout and pane placement on the MCU conference that will be shown on the participants screen.

Refer to page 60 on this guide for customizing layouts and pane placement on MCU.

What is the content settings on the conference?

You say you're dialing external endpoints, what kind of endpoints are they?

Can you tell us how you have the content channel configured on the MCU, you didn't say in your reply.  Need to know how the MCU is configured under Settings > Content as well as for the conference itself.
