If your device is covered by an active service contract, then you should be able to get one yourself through the Cisco Product License Registration portal.
- From that page, click the "Get Other Licenses" button and pick "TelePresence Software Release Key" from the drop down list.
- Type in your serial number and click Next
- Select the version you want in the "Change to" box (you can't chose F9.3.4, but just pick any F9.x release number) and click Next.
- Make sure your email address is correct and then click the "I agree" tickbox at the bottom, then the Submit button.
- Your Release Key will be emailed to you, which will look similar to the below:
Product Name : S50000
Product Qty : 1
Version : F9.3.3
Options Included Serial Number License Key Image URL
S50000 <Your Serial> 9999999999999999 null
