I am trying to generate a report by extension to see the volume of calls coming in to our helpdesk line, an extension within our VOIP network. I am able to put in a date range for a six month period, but the report truncates the number of calls to this extension at 100, which is not helpful, since we easily get that number of calls in a day or two. The message says "for system perfomance this report truncates at 100 records". Does anyone know if I can change this setting somehow? I am a DBA, but not very familiar with the reporting interface for Cisco. Thanks.
