Room navigator doesn't pair with Room bar

We just got our first shipment of Room bars. The first two have gone like this:

- Out of the box, Room Navigator works. Enter the 16 digit code, cloud registered.

- System downloads latest RoomOS 10.19.1.l4t-5 6bc1d6a8316 and pushes latest fw to Room Navigator

- Navigator boots up with RoomOS 10.19.1.5 6bc1d6a8316 and tries to "Set up secure connection to system", fails.

Tried removing the panel from Settings -> Audio and Video ->  All Peripherals, as it was still showing the panel as 10.17.x, but that didn't work. However, at this point, the system is now saying, "Everything is looking fine" even though Profile TouchPanels is set to 'Minimum1'.

Has this happened to anyone else? Any workarounds?

This is a known bug: CSCwd23669

Due to this, the 10.9.1.5 and 10.19.2.2 software releases have been deferred.

You will need to wait for an updated release.

There has been an update to the bug which now includes a workaround to the issue requiring you to set the date on the navigator to 2023.

1) Factory reset the Navigator from the pin hole reset button next to the Ethernet connector.

2) Either use the serial connection through the micro USB connector or hook the Room Navigator up to the network to get an IP address.

3) SSH to the Room Navigator: ssh admin@ , the password is blank. For serial connection: Enter admin as user and blank password.

4) Once logged in, issue the command: xCommand Time DateTime Set Year: 2023

10.19.3.0 has now been released to correct this issue and remove the need for the workaround.
