i have sx20 device , set up and configuration completed , able make/recieved calls . but a message showing on display Not register , how to get rid of this

Hi,
Are you using IP to IP dialing method?
Normally the system will show the error message if your SX20 endpoint is not properly configured to use H323 gatekeeper/SIP proxy registration.
To get rid of the error message, turn off any SIP or H323 configuration on your SX20 if not required.
Then you can change and choose which type of contact information to show in the status field in the upper left corner of the main display and Touch Panel (IP address/System Name).
Under Configuration go to System Configuration > SystemUnit > SystemUnit ContactInfo Type.
