But, as @John Steele mentioned, versions of the software for the devices are available from the https://software.cisco.com/download/home web site. They are also available via Cisco TAC, or you may be able to access them via a request to your local Cisco Account Team. If your device is registered to the Webex Cloud, you can also select software versions through the Webex Control Hub.
