Hi,
Hoping for some clarification, I have a customer who has SX10s and VCS. Can I use Multiway to escalate a point to point call to multi-point call or to add an audio participant?
the TC7.3 release notes talk about ad-hoc conference support, is that only if registered to CUCM and using Media Resources?
thx,
rf

That is for CUCM only, not supported with VCS. From the SX10 Admin Guide, pg 64.
Conference [1..1] Multipoint Mode
Define how the video system handles multiparty video conferences. The value is fixed to
CUCMMediaResourceGroupList because such conferences are only supported using the
CUCM conference bridge.
Conferences are only supported when the video system is registered to a Cisco Unified
Communications Manager (CUCM) (version 8.6.2 or newer with an appropriate device
package); it is not supported when registered to a Cisco TelePresence Video Communication
Server (VCS).
