SX10 Upgrade Problem to 8.2.0

Hi,

I just upgraded my SX10 from 8.1.0 to 8.1.1. This was working fine.

But if I try to upgrade to 8.2.0 or 8.2.2 the file upload is working fine but the progress bar goes to 100% then nothing happen even after 30 minutes it ist still there. does anybody had the same problem or has a idea how to fix it?

Have you checked the endpoint logs to see what might be the issue?

As a last resort you could try and factory reset the SX10.

Hi Patrick,

Yes the funny thing is there are now log entry's. it seems that the web upload is uploading the file and then it seems that there must be something that he don't like from the file. I also factory reset the sx10 but with no sucess :-( is there a way to upload the file other that true the web interface?

just fund the problem ! i did the upgrade with internet explorer and it worked fine. i only had the problems with mac osx safari!!!
