SX20 - Can't access Gui Via Https

Hello

We have several Telepresence units SX20 (more then 10)

all of them have Tc 7.3.16 version

registered to CUCM 8.6.2 and provisioned with TMS ver 14.3.2

With most units i can access the gui via https but in 3 units i can access only via http (https get timed out) 

the units are on the same subnet and Vlan so its not a reach ability  or access issue 

obviously i want to access all of them via https

the configuration of the networkservices are the same (https turned on) on both working and none working device

the configuration on the CUCM are http+https on both working and none working device

all the devices have valid certificates 

factory reset did not help

what am i missing ???

Hello,

Can you compare on working and non-working endpoint under security and service certificate ?

Whether the HTTPS service is on for non-working endpoints for respective CAs.

On both https is set to on , on the https section of the security section and both have a valid certificate
