SX20 COP file

Hi,

I have a new cisco telepresence sx20 and i want to install it on the CUCM (8.6.2.21900-5), i got device packge from the cisco web site (s52010tc7_0_1.pkg) and when i install it using the browser os administration>software upgrades>install/upgrade> and it gives me error (name does not match any filter patter)

Any help to install this packge on the CUCM

That's incorrect software; for SX20 to be used with CUCM, you want cmterm-s52010tc7_0_1.cop.sgn

then expand "All releases" and expand "7"

the url which you put give me the same .pkg file and all files .cop.sgn are announced as deffered on CISCO web site>>> so, how can i install .pkg file

Yes, you need to expand all releases, then do the same with "7".
