Sx20 difference

Hi,

What is difference between:

Cts-sx20n-12x-k9  and

Cts-sx20n-c-12x-k9

(-c-  in part number)  ?

Is it different in HW or SW ?   Or?

I believe the only real difference was the software version that was pre-installed on the device:

Cts-sx20n-12x-k9 = SX20 came with CE8 installed

Cts-sx20n-c-12x-k9 = SX20 came with CE9 installed

Otherwise, they are identical, and can all be updated to the current software version.

Hi all,
Above table shows that Part Number that hasn't -C- has newer version CE9.
In other hand I think software version that can change easily can't change Part number.
Is there any other differences between them?

Other than the software version that they were shipped with, no, there were no other differences.   

Note that these older SX20 systems are now end of sale (since 29 October 2019), and the CE8 software is even older and end of support as of 31 May 2021, so it's highly recommended that you run at least CE9.15+ on them all anyway.
