SX20 won't accept System Configuration changes

I have an SX20 that was working fine. It is running TC6.2.0.20b1616.

The system was working fine. Overnight it lost the SIP URI field. I cannot get the System Configuration changes to save. Clicking on the 'save' button by the parameter makes no change.

Any idea why the change is not taking? Also, any idea why the SIP URI is going blank? I have an MX300 that's doing that about once a month.

This could be a bug on the current firmware. I also experienced those kind of problems and after upgrading to latest software version it resolved the issue.

I thought of that too. I have upgraded the unit to TC7.3.3, the latest available, and the problem still occurs, both with IE 11 as well as Firefox 40.0.3.

Is the SX20 being managed by with CUCM or TMS?

Sometimes if the provisioning mode is set to Auto, it will prevent some configuration changes, especially if your DHCP server is setup with DHCP Option 150 (CUCM) or 242 (TMS).  I had an issue last week where the provisioning mode was set to auto, and it wouldn't let us enter a SIP proxy address, changing it to Off allowed us to configure the SX20.

You might be able to check the endpoint logs to see if something is overriding what you try to enter.
