I am having an issue where an SX80 connected to two displays is only allowing dual presentation if the sources are selected in a specific order. I have 7 sources connected through an external video switcher connected to HDMI 2 and a local PC connected to HDMI 3, all source selection is being controlled by a Touch 10 and an Extron control processor.
If I select one of the external sources first, then select the local PC, the codec will correctly display the external source on one display and the PC on the other. If the PC is selected first, the codec will only share the PC and will not display a second source until you stop sharing the PC.
The touch panel is registering and sending the select command when one of the external sources is selected, the controller is also seeing and sending the command, and the codec is logging the command, so I'm not entirely sure where the problem might be.
