Hello Experts.
I am new to TP. Purely IP guy. No idea where to start from.
We have Cisco CTX solution for VPN Customers. We have CUCM,CTMS,CTM,CTX Servers, IVR,MSE,VCS,ACE and ASR1k SBC.
Any inputs on this will be much helpful to me and people like me who want to start learning in TP.
Thanks in advance
Regards # Mahesh

First off, i would read through each of the product portfolio and what it does. I would go through data sheets at a high level and figure out the product set that Cisco makes. If you are a partner, go to PEC and search for Telepresence and then there is a ton of content. Also, you could look at: http://www.cisco.com/web/learning/certifications/specialist/video/video_network.html and start there as well.

As George has suggested - read all the product information.
Then you can start with some of the more in-depth Admin Guides, Configuration Guides, Release Notes, etc for each of the products.
Some of the components (TMS , VCS, Conductor, etc) can be downloaded and set up in a Virtual Machine (with default demo licencing) so you can have a but of a play and try things at a basic level.
These forums are also a great source of information - check through some of the "answered" topics taht are relevant to what you're interested in. You can often gain little insights or tips.
Good luck with your learning.
