Telepresence Server Prioritization

Hi Community,

We have 2 VM Telepresence Servers 4.2(4.23) named as VTS1 and VTS2 and remotely manged by Conductor XC4.0. 

Everytime I dial in to a CMR dial in number, the call always go to VTS2 and it showing on the Conductor conference status that the VTS2 is the primary conference bridge. How can I make the VTS1 as my primary bridge so everytime a first caller and additional callers on the conference will go to VTS1 until the resources is full than VTS2 will take in place?

Can you tell us how you have the two TelePresence Servers setup within Conductor, what does your service preferences and bridge pools look like etc?

If you want VTS2 only to be used after VTS1 is full, you can create two bridge pools, one for each TelePresemce Server, and add them into a single service preference. The only downside, is that the first bridge will always be used if there are any available resources, even if said resources aren't enough to host the next conference.
