Hi,

We have got LIC-TMS-SPUPG-PAK with PAK code and VCS version 7. I am confused which TMS suite should we download since I can find 12, 13 and latest version 14 as well.

Please advice.

Hi aman

LIC-TMS-SPUPG-PAK - its partnumber for upgrade VCS-Starterpack to VCS and TMS.

For TMS you must have RK (release key)

I think you need to contact licensing@cisco.com and ask generate RK for your TMS.

Which version of the RK you get and this version TMS you must download.

I have checked and got the Key but what next to do ? Should I download any TMS version and apply this key for installation.

Can u provide any DOC which gives details of installation along with PC requirements where TMS has to be installed.

If you have RK for version 14, you need install TMS14  :-)

I dont know wich release for you TMS.

In fact it is a very quick check. You only may start installation..

I think those are Pak keys that need to be registered via Cisco.com.....then you get the real RK.....I think.
