TMSXE Export Settings Tool not running

Hi, we're having a problem running the TMSXE Export Settings Tool during a server mgiration. The error message returned is 'cannot lookup GUID of service user'. We have tried logging in as the tms service account, and as a domain admin, with no joy. Any ideas would be most appreciated.

Thanks

The export settings files are located in the TMSXE installation zip file. You will have to select the correct version for the OS system that you are running 32bit or 64bit.

Lain,

You are running the exportciscosetting.exe actually on the Exchange server where the previous version of the TMSXE or TCX application was installed?

Also are you sure that you are running the correct version "32bit" or "64bit" for the OS version that you are running?

You should also check to make sure that the TMS-Service account mailbox is in the information store actually on the Exchange server.

Tim

Where is this tool located on the TMSXE exchange server? Is it an Exchnange Tool or TMXSE tool?

To export your existing Cisco TMSXE configuration:

lExportSettingsApp64bit.exe for exporting from Exchange 2007.

1. Choose the correct export application for your Exchange server from the Cisco TMSXE deliverable archive. Two versions are available:

ExportSettingsApp32bit.exe for exporting from Exchange 2003

The export settings files are located in the TMSXE installation zip file. You will have to select the correct version for the OS system that you are running 32bit or 64bit.
