Wondering if the ports on the back of the TX9000 touch panel serve any purpose? There is a pic of a laptop, was hoping you could connect them to a laptop and project, or use the USB for a flash drive for a local file.

Not at this time. If you want to plug your laptop in you would need to use the separate ethernet drop options in the knee knockers between table segments. The USB ports have no purpose other than USB charging at this point.

That is for network only though, or can you project to the lower content screen some how?

Content is shared through the presentation cable between the table segments, not the TelePresence Touch ports. You only choose to start/stop presenting and where to display the content on the Touch.

Are these ports planned for future use to allow that capability.

If any such plans exist the answer would require a non-disclosure agreement. If your employer has signed one you can direct this question to your Cisco AM.
