Hi,
Customer is not able to dial call through webex room kit while he is able to join on laptop.

Your screenshot mentions a "Vidyorouter" - what is your call scenario? You aren't talking about a Cisco infrastructure it would seem - but if you can make a SIP call on the internet you should be able to dial into a Webex if the Webex site has video enabled by dialing number@xxxxx.webex.com - replacing the xxxxx with the site name of course.
